Guidelines to Contributors
Indian Journal of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Research published by BCIHMCT solicits articles and papers on contemporary Hospitality and Tourism issues by academicians, practicing managers, entrepreneurs and students. The Journal is published with the aim of providing well conceptualized and scholarly perspective to cover all types of empirical and conceptual research of issues relevant to Hospitality and Tourism Industry.
In addition to research articles, it welcomes book review & discussions and contribution debating or commenting issues of interests to researchers and the professional community (events, conferences, philosophical themes etc.)

Instruction for Authors
All articles in the journal are published in English, typed double-spaced with 1 inch margin on all sides using Times New Roman 12 in MS word preferably in A4 size Paper with a word limit of 5000 to 6000 words (approx.) including abstract, tables, graphs, figures, and notes. Lengthy articles may also be considered. The full title, author(s) including affiliation, correspondence and e-mail address, abstract (not exceeding 250 words), key words (not exceeding six) and acknowledgements, if any should be clearly specified in the first page of the paper. The contributors should ensure that they are not infringing copyright. Submission of a manuscript implies that it contains unpublished original work and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

References must be cited in unnumbered alphabetical order, APA standard latest edition for example:

Tables/Figures in Text
Each table/graph/figure should be marked in the text in numerical order with suitable caption and source. Tables should contain a brief descriptive title and short column headings. Important details should be footnoted under each table. Each figure should have an accompanying legend containing descriptive and important details. In the text, all illustrations, charts and maps should be referred to as figures.
Page Proofs/Reprints
The authors shall get a copy of the journal.
Evaluation Criteria
Submission will be Double blind reviewed. Acceptance of submission is based on significance -theoretical and empirical, methodological soundness, logical clarity and innovativeness.
Copyright & Originality
Copyright ownership of the manuscript should be transferred officially to BCIHMCT, the publisher of The Indian Journal of Applied Tourism and Hospitality Research.
