Mr. Amit Thakur is a passionate Chef with an overall 18 years of industrial and academics experience and has worked with international brands like Ruby Tuesday, Princess Cruise lines. Also have rich working experience with fast food startups and luxury café lounges in Delhi-NCR. As an academician, he worked at International Institute of Hotel Management as food production faculty. He holds a master degree in Tourism and Travel Management from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut and is B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Jaipur.
