Dr. Reshma Kamboj

Dr. Reshma Kamboj is UGC-NET qualified in Tourism Administration and holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality & Tourism. She has a Master’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business, and a Bachelor's in Hotel Management & Catering Technology. Her research interests focus on Human Resource Management and the practical aspects of hospitality and tourism. She has published research papers on socio-environmental impacts of tourism, ecotourism, green hotel practices, travel trends, employee welfare, satisfaction, and work performance in esteemed national and international journals. Actively engaged in academic research, she has participated in various Faculty Development Programs, presented papers at national and international conferences, and contributed to book chapters and edited volumes. She also serves on the editorial board of reputed journals. Dr. Kamboj holds multiple leadership roles, including Training & Placement In-Charge, Examination Coordinator, and Head of the Front Office Department. She plays a key role in institute committees and has contributed significantly to organizing academic conferences, managing alumni-student relations, and curriculum development.
