Ms. Reshma Kamboj is UGC-Net qualified in Tourism Administration and holds Master’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management; Advance Diploma in Business Administration; Post Graduate Diploma (International Business) and Bachelors in Hotel Management & Catering Technology. Presently, she is pursuing Ph.D. in Hospitality & Tourism.
Her research interests include practical aspects of hospitality and tourism. Her research papers have centered on socio-environmental impacts of tourism, ecotourism, green practices in hotels, travel trends and concepts, employee welfare, satisfaction and work performance and published in national and international journals of repute. She has participated in a number of Faculty Development Programs to keep herself updated with the dynamic trends and developments and has presented several research papers in National & International Conferences and Seminars. She has contributed to book chapters, edited books, and been on the editorial board of reputed journal(s).
Ms. Kamboj is actively involved in several committees in the institute, and has also contributed in organizing academic conferences and events of national and international level, managing alumni- student relations, designing of curriculum, etc.
Subjects taught by her include Front Office Management, Rooms Division Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Research Methodology, Hospitality Professional Skills, and Business Communication.
